Wow, I am so behind on blogging. I have probably only blogged about a third of the shoots/weddings I had over the summer. So starting my catch up is Emmy’s beautiful bridals that we did back in June. Enjoy…

I have known Scott for years now…we use to work at Wal-mart photo lab together, back in college. And I have to say, I couldn’t imagine working there without him. We had some fun times developing film and watching all the crazy pictures that went threw those Wal-mart machines. So you can imagine my excitement when he emailed me about photographing his wedding. He is getting married to a pretty amazing girl. Hillary is one of the sweetest, kindest people you will ever meet. I am so happy they found each other. Yah for UCO! I can’t wait to photograph their wedding in October…so stay posted!

Who knew we would find a little hobbit house in downtown Edmond….

I get many questions about my products, so here is an extensive list, pricing and description on all the products I offer. If you would like to see any of them in person, just let me know!
All Prints are printed on high-quality Kodak Endura professional paper. The metallic print option delivers luminous colors and overall sharpness to create an eye catching three-dimensional effect. Various textures, dry mounting, and eco-friendly prints may be made available too.

It is hard to tell when you are not viewing it in person, but here is an example of a normal Kodak Endura print (on left) and a metallic print (on right). The metallic print is slightly more saturated and eye popping. It looks great on black and white prints as well.
Below is a an example of a picture that has been dry-mounted. It adds a 1/16th inch thick board offering rigid support, adding years to the life of your prints. Many brides have it done to their bridal portrait that is hung up in the reception area. It helps the picture stay flat against the matting without having waves between the picture and the matte.
To show the difference in thickness between a normal print and a print that has dry-mounting, look below.

This is my favorite album! A handmade blend of nature and luxury, the Magnolia Album is currently the only environmentally friendly flushmount album in the world. Each book is assembled without the use of large machines, by hand, in a small Santa Monica studio. The cover and endpaper options are meticulously selected for their durability, sustainability, minimal environmental impact, and beauty. The Magnolia Album is also the only environmentally friendly album currently available with completely archival quality papers, inks, and binding materials. Each Magnolia Album includes 40 pages (approx. 75-100 pictures). If you are interested in ordering, please email me at candi@candiphoto.com
